Camila Maleronka is an architect and independent consultant from São Paulo, Brazil, with experience in urbanism and urban financing tools. She has worked as a consultant both for the public and private sectors. Since 2010, she has collaborated with the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy, as a professor and as a researcher. From 2013 to 2018, she worked for P3urb, a company focused on real estate projects based on public-private partnerships. Between 2010 and 2013, she was Manager of the Economic Studies Department at SP Urbanismo, a company linked to the Municipal Secretariat of Urbanism of Sao Paulo, in charge of the cities’ urban operations.
