Leticia is the Policy Manager at ITDP Brazil, where she conducted the study “Women and Children’s Access to The City,” launched in January 2018. She has worked for 12 years as a consultant on many Brazilian cities, coordinating community-based elaboration of public policies involving urban planning, local development, zoning, land use and occupation, social housing, environmental management, and sustainable urban mobility. From 2015 to April 2018, Letícia was a volunteer at Brazil’s Cyclists Union – UCB, where she acted as the Gender Work Group Coordinator and as a Counselor. Letícia earned her Bachelor’s in architecture and urbanism at the University of Brasilia (UnB) and specialized in urban law at the Catholic Pontifical University of Minas Gerais (PUC-Minas).
